Welcome

Mason Area Rural Fire Department has decided to enter the modern era and build a website. Not only for department use, but also for the local community.  Our area currently doesn't have an easy way for its residents to keep up with current events in our area, so the department has taken it upon ourselves to provide local information as well as information about where and how your tax dollars are spent to support your local fire department.

In time you will find many things that we hope will be useful to you and the rest of the community.  We hope to have a community calendar, a local directory, news that pertains to this area, as well as information for those of you interested in finding out what it takes to run this fire department.
